Management Team

Lamar Carter – CEO
Lamar Carter brings over 25 years of executive telecommunications wholesale management experience to his role as All Access Telecom (AAT) CEO.  He directs the overall strategic vision of the company by leveraging his vast telecom industry and sales expertise to grow AAT into the premier telecommunication service provider it is today. Prior to founding the company in November, 2009, he was the Director of Sales at Stratus Telecom, there he was responsible for sales, service and account management duties for all CLEC’s, IXC’s and VOIP providers in North America. The product line included Converged Services Platforms(CSP), Session Border Controllers(SBC), Class 4 and Class 5 solutions. He led the team that was responsible for closing the largest single account to date at Stratus Telecom. In addition, he held various executive sales management positions with MCI, Focal and Broadwing Communications, in which during this time, he negotiated millions of dollars of wholesale contracts.   Lamar earned a MBA from University of Dallas in 1997 and his Bachelors of Business Administration from Baylor University in 1989.

Martin Potia, COO
Martin directs All Access Telecom’s network operations, billing and NOC organizations. Martin has over 13 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and held executive positions at Venture 2002 Partners, where he led the organization as the CEO.  Martin’s industry experience includes technical and operating positions at Econophone and Paetec. Martin received his Bachelors of Technology from New York City Technical College in NYC, NY.

Jorge Ramos –CTO
Jorge manages and implements All Access Telecom’s network architecture. Jorge has over 15 years’ experience in designing and managing VoIP and TDM networks. In addition Jorge has in expertice in designing and managing international networks. Prior to All Access Telecom, Jorge was an independent consultant for Janus Telecom, where he responsible for providing integration, installation and troubleshooting of VoIP equipment and provided Level 2 and Level 3 support of ADS Switching Platform for customers around the world.  Jorge received his bachelors of science degree from University of Cauca in Popayan, Colombia.

Marla Riebock – Director of Carrier Relations

Marla Riebock is responsible for All Access Telecom’s sales and carrier relations.  Prior to joining All Access Telecom two years ago, she was the Finance Director for Magnum Networks and Director of Revenue Assurance for LeFleur Transportation.  In addition, she held various positions at MCI WorldCom.  Marla received a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Southern Mississippi.
